Westhoek Waves

A night of Flemish metal, from melodic death metal to thrash

Westhoek Waves is a metal night with three Flemish bands. Crux Tenebris play melodic death metal from Geraardsbergen: melodic guitar riffs, deep vocals and fast drums. Formed in 2019, they released their third album, Poena Mortis Per Ignem, in 2024. Decision are a five-piece thrash and heavy metal band from West Flanders. They come to Ypres the night after the release show of their new album, Chaos. Flexant play melodic death metal from Ghent and made their debut with the album Dark Sides of Humanity (2012).
